POLICY
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following regulations.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: from 15:00
- Check-out: until 11:00
On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 11:00.
- A late check-out until 18:00 (subject to availability) will be charged 50% of the daily rate.
- A late check-out after 18:00 will be charged the full daily rate.
Payment
Payment for accommodation and services is due upon arrival. Accepted payment methods:
- Cash in euros
- Credit/debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Discover, Diners)
- Bank transfer (Piraeus, Eurobank, NBG, Revolut, PayPal)
In case of early departure, guests are required to pay 100% of the remaining reserved nights, based on the agreed rate. The same applies in case of a no-show, unless the guest can prove a force majeure reason with valid documentation.
Key Card
- Upon check-in, guests receive their room key card from the reception staff or via self check-in.
- The self check-in code is valid for single use only. Afterwards, the key card must be used for access to the property and the room.
- Please leave the key card inside the room upon departure.
Visitors
- Visitors are welcome in the reception area only.
- Entry into rooms, apartments, or suites is permitted exclusively to registered guests.
- Food and beverage deliveries must be collected at the property entrance.
Infants & Children
All infants and children are welcome with an additional charge of €10 per night.
Housekeeping
- For extended stays, cleaning and linen change are provided free of charge upon request.
- Daily cleaning and linen change are available at €10 per day.
- Please inform us in advance of your preferred day and time (09:00 – 16:00).
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. It is only allowed on balconies or private terraces, where available. Non-compliance will incur a €150 charge per room/suite to cover professional cleaning costs.
Guest Responsibilities
- The property is not liable for the loss, damage, or destruction of guests’ belongings during their stay. Use of the in-room safes is recommended for money and valuables.
- The property bears no responsibility for damage or loss due to force majeure (e.g., earthquake, fire).
- Guests are responsible for any damage to furniture, equipment, or utensils caused by negligence or improper use and must cover the cost of repair or replacement.
Additional Information
- Pets are not allowed.
- Quiet hours: 23:00 – 07:30.
- Free luggage storage is available on the day of check-out.
- Guests are required to present a valid photo ID at check-in.
- Staying at our property implies acceptance of the above regulations.
